Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you") and Brightfork Media LLC, with its principal business address at 12442 Limonite Avenue, Suite 209, Eastvale, California 92880, United States ("Company", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the social gaming platform 777 Games Hub, our websites, customer support, and related online services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Eligibility

You must comply with the minimum age requirements of your jurisdiction and of the app store through which you obtain the game. If you are a minor, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. License to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.

3. Virtual Items, Currency, and Purchases

777 Games Hub is a social gaming / sweepstakes platform. All gameplay is virtual and for entertainment purposes only — no real-money wagering is available. Virtual currency, items, or other digital content ("Virtual Content") has no real-world monetary value, is non-redeemable for cash, and is licensed — not sold — to you as part of the Services. We may modify or discontinue Virtual Content where reasonably necessary for operations, balance, or legal compliance.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those platforms. Their payment terms, refund rules, and privacy policies apply in addition to these Terms.

4. Web-Based Recharge

We offer an optional web-based recharge service where you can purchase virtual currency or items directly on our website via third-party payment processors (such as Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, or MasterCard). By using the recharge service you agree that:

You agree not to harass others, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, or illegal.

The Services, including software, art, audio, text, trademarks, and branding, are owned by the Company or its licensors. No rights are granted except as explicitly licensed in Section 2.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms, legal risk, operational needs, or extended inactivity. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@777gameshub.games and attempt informal resolution for at least thirty (30) days.
